Landlord Fees
Landlords’ are required to pay us a fee for the service we provide and the fee charged is dependant on the level of service the Landlord requires. Our standard fees are as follows:
Let Only Service – 12% including VAT of the total rent collected for the rental period (10% plus VAT).
Letting & Rent Collection Service – 13.2% including VAT (11% plus VAT)
Full Management Service – 15% including VAT (12.5% plus VAT)

Twelve month tenancy rent reviews | £510 |
Preparing a claim for a deposit dispute | £510 |
Serving Legal Notices | From £250 |
Court Attendance Fee | £90 per hour |
Deposit Registration Fee | £90 |
Reference Fee | £150 per person |
Right to Rent Check and Validation of Passport per tenant | £48 |
Dealing with an Insurance Claim | 20% of the value of the claim subject to a minimum fee of £425.00 |
Property Visits if the property is not fully managed | £90 per visit |
Caretaking Service when the property is vacant | £90 per visit |
Arranging work or maintenance during a void period | £90 per repair |
Project Management Fee | 15% of the total cost of the work |
